TRACOLLE

COMING SOON ...

Tuscany, Chianti Classico region.

Tracolle is a developing project focused on revitalizing a Tuscan farm through regenerative agriculture, artisanal food production, and immersive rural hospitality experiences.

Tracolle represents the next chapter in Jollie's vision of a Regenerative Tuscany. Set within 57 hectares of olive groves, woodland and farmland near Badia a Passignano, the project brings agriculture back to the heart of the ecosystem. Through regenerative farming, livestock, artisanal cheese production and a farm-to-table experience rooted in the seasons, Tracolle will connect the land more directly with the work already developed through Grape Tours, Formaggioteca Terroir and Campo Sasso. It is conceived as a living place where food, hospitality and agricultural knowledge come together—not to recreate an idealized past, but to cultivate a resilient and meaningful future for rural Tuscany.

Part of the Jollie ecosystem

Tracolle is part of Jollie, a B Corp-certified ecosystem bringing together four complementary expressions of Tuscany: Grape Tours, Formaggioteca Terroir, Campo Sasso and Tracolle.

Jollie connects agriculture, food, wine and hospitality through a shared vision rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship and respect for the land. Across its different projects, the ecosystem creates meaningful relationships between visitors, local producers, rural landscapes and the people who bring them to life.

We believe that Tuscany's traditions, landscapes and know-how should not be frozen in time or preserved as museum pieces. They are living resources that must continue to evolve, adapt and inspire. Our purpose is not simply to protect this heritage, but to regenerate it—connecting past and future through responsible tourism, artisanal food, regenerative agriculture and genuine human relationships.

Authenticity is not inherited once and for all. It is cultivated, shared and renewed every day for the generations to come.

This is what we call Regenerative Tuscany.
